Sneakertime® is a mobile total fitness program that creatively combines a variety of activities designed to enhance motor skill development, cognitive abilities, health, and coordination in children ages two through six.

We introduce the children to countless sports activities and concepts, while enhancing their physical and social skills. We build confidence and self-esteem through our non-competitive environment, encouraging your child to learn aspects such as teamwork, self-discipline, and patience. We initiate sport-specific development that progresses with your child.

Each week a fitness coach teaches a half hour class on campus. Classes consist of a warm-up, athletic adventure, cool down, and talk time where we discuss the skills we learned and receive our participation stickers. Each lesson improves listening, learning, and language development, and facilitates growth in cooperation and problem-solving skills.

The athletic adventure changes every week motivating the kids with new ideas, while the exciting choreographed music routine keeps the children moving! We aim to teach them that fitness is fun, fun, fun!



We post a 'parent update' at your school and send home newsletters to inform you of the activities taught each week. And, our staff is always available for individual observations on your child's progress.
We incorporate 'Healthy Habit' lessons, educating the children on a specific topic such as nutrition, the heart, first aid, & dental hygiene.
